ABOUT
​Located in Northeast Ohio, Peacebuilding Ventures LLC was founded by Dr. Steven T. Savides. With over two decades of experience in conflict management and transformation, Steven is a collaborative leader and adviser who believes that every person has the potential to flourish and that organizations reach their optimal performance when their structures are designed to empower creativity, communication, and convivial relationships that support human flourishing.
As a social systems designer and innovator, Steven applies his research and experience in peacebuilding, ethics, theology, organizational transformation, and design justice theory in a transformational practice committed to establishing a more just, free, fair, and peaceful world.

Steven has a Ph.D. in Peace Studies and Theology from the Keogh School for Global Affairs at the University of Notre Dame and masters degrees from Harvard Divinity School and Andover Newton Theological School. He has worked extensively with churches, non-profits, and community organizations to forge transformation. An ordained minister in the United Church of Christ and an educator, he is passionate about social and environmental justice, creating diverse spaces of inclusivity and belonging, and building sustainable futures.​
